Your Role:
Assist clients in assessing their readiness to address and manage existing and new European or international regulations through diagnostics, gap analysis, and impact studies.
Help clients achieve compliance with registration and authorization requirements for investment products sold in Europe and internationally.
Assist clients in assessing and planning their compliance controls according to standard methodologies and tools, ensuring follow-up and providing recommendations.
Provide strong business analysis in line with regulations, working in teams and collaborating with clients and their external advisors.
Define new or amend operating models interactively with legal and business constraints.
Your Profile:
Master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or law (M1 or M2) is preferred.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar position or relevant experience in Luxembourg.
Fluent in written and oral English. French and German are a strong advantage.
Ability to provide work of high and consistent quality, often with tight deadlines.
Enjoy reading and analyzing regulations.
Dedicated to working in a fast-growing environment.
Proactive with good presentation and communication skills.
Client-driven and rigorous.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
