Responsibilities

1. Empowering Corporate Finance teams by providing tools and guidance for evaluating and analyzing their people, processes, and technology.

2. Collaborating with Corporate Finance teams to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.

3. Optimizing FP&A and accounting functions in coordination with the Finance Leadership team, offering insights and recommendations based on extensive experience and industry best practices.

4. Offering guidance in financial process documentation, data collection, process design, system configuration, and related areas.

5. Assisting teams in constructing business cases for change proposals and facilitating the approval process.

6. Working with functional leads to design an efficient Target Operating Model and overseeing its implementation.

7. Leading end-to-end preparation and implementation of change initiatives for FP&A and Accounting teams, processes, and technology, including financial system implementation and testing.

8. Assisting the  organization in developing and delivering training programs for end users.

9. Executing and tracking full project lifecycle utilizing the standard Finance PMO framework.

10. Managing and tracking change management execution using the standard Finance change framework.

11. Ensuring robust benefit tracking mechanisms for all change initiatives (baseline, KPIs, reporting, etc.).
